this particular town, is up high on a hill, so the old part of town is very quiet. This restaurant only opens for dinner, and they don't turn the tables over for the next guest. If they have 20 tables, that's all they book... and they were hoppin busy when they opened. I did time the photo so that the elderly lady was in the good light at the end. That, I feel, makes the image.
